Sorry to say bye to my I move freely class. I have been teaching this class for the last 6 years and worked with a fantastic group of clients. Other oppertunties are getting the better of me and its hard to keep turning it down.

Well done to Sophie Wells who returned home from the Rio 2016 Paralympics with two gold medals and 1 silver medal.
